DraftKings NBA Picks and FanDuel NBA Picks – November 23

The weekend is here! The weekend is here! We get a beauty of a nine game slate with six games projected to be over 221 points. Be cautious when rostering Magic players as it’s going to be a slow and low scoring game, you still might have to do it if you want to fit the good plays in but don’t get to crazy. Let’s get to it – here are our early look NBA DFS Picks for November 23.

Remember to check back before tip off for injury updates and follow us on Twitter @theDFSpost for further analysis throughout the day.

**UPDATE**
– KEVIN LOVE is OUT – Nice boost to Nance Jr (core for me) and Thompson.

THE STARTING FIVE:
ANDRE DRUMMOND – DET @ mil (FD$9,700 | DK$8,300)
Although Drummond’s price has dropped since the return of Griffin his production hasn’t really tapered off. Against Charlotte and Atlanta he shot the ball 16 times and also racked up all the peripherals you’d want. His ceiling is probably limited but against the fasted paced team in the league, who are also giving up the forth most fantasy points to Center’s, 6x return isn’t out of the question.

DONOVAN MITCHELL – UTA v no (FD$8,600 | DK$7,900)
Even though Mitchell is on a back-to-back this is a really good spot against the Pelican’s who are are dead last giving up the most points against the backcourt. Mitchell is coming into this game in good form averaging over 42DKFPts in his last two games dropping 53.3DKFPts five games ago in a similar matchup against the Grizzlies. The game isn’t projected to be as high scoring as I would have thought but it still is a boost to the Jazz so you can roll Mitchell out with confidence.

FRED VANVLEET – TOR @ atl (FD$7,700 | DK$7,300)
How can you not like this spot for FVV? (1)The Hawks are 27th in overall defensive efficiency. (2)VanVleet plays close to 40 minutes a game (3)he’s averaged 43DKFPts over his last four games (including a blowout and slow game against Orlando).  I like guys in this price range and I like them even more when they have 7x upside.  Lock him in.

ORLANDO MAGIC
We need to be careful here but right now they are the main source of value on the slate. JONATHAN ISAAC sees a large boost going from 0.95DKFP/minute to 1.2 DKFP/minute and is coming off a 45.8DKFP game against the Raptors. EVAN FOURNIER should shoulder the majority of the offensive load and he’s coming into the game averaging just under 39DKFPPG over his last three games. WES IWUNDU has had a very quiet start to the season but has already been declared as a starter and in minimum price. In reality, all the Magic players will receive a boost, however, the matchup against the Pacers is terrible so don’t expect much but take the salary savings to help fit in other players tonight (Like Giannis, Anthony Davis or Pascal Siakam).

ALSO CONSIDER: Giannis Antetokounmpo, LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Rudy Gobert, Pascal Siakam, Julius Randle, DeMar DeRozan, Ben Simmons, Al Horford, Skal Labissiere,
