THE FAB FOUR:
ERIC BLEDSOE (MIL @ ind)- I really like this matchup for Bledsoe. Not only are the Pacers on a back-to-back (plus Brogdon was injured) but Bledsoe has been on FIRE. He dropped 31 actual points last game (with Middleton out) and was two assists shy of a double-double on his way to 49.5 DKFP’s. It wasn’t a one off either, over his last five games he’s averaged close to 43 DKFPPG. He’s got a great path to 6x again tonight.
JIMMY BUTLER (MIA v no) – Miami gets a nice pace up matchup against the Pelicans which definitely will help Butler fill up the stat sheet. Butler has only played three homes games this year and in two of those games he’s dropped 50.8 and 48.8 DKFPts. I’m pretty comfortable thinking he could get there again tonight.
PAUL GEORGE (LAC v atl) – Why not? In 24 minutes against the Pelicans he dropped 49.3 DKFPts while dealing with foul trouble. Now he gets the Hawks who are equally as bad on defence than the Pelicans. Plus Kawhi is questionable so if he misses the game you have to lock in George. Even if he does play, George’s salary is at a level where there is lots of meat on the bone. I think he gets an extended run in what is George’s home opener.
KARL-ANTHONY TOWNS (MIN v hou) – KAT just carved up the Wizards to the tune of 55DKFPts, but more importantly, only played 33 minutes which for him is not a lot. Although Minnesota is on a back-to-back, both games are home games so the fatigue factor isn’t as strong as Houston who has to travel all the way up north. Houston, without Capella, is vulnerable at Center relying on 37 year old Chandler to hold the fort or undersized PJ Tucker – neither will be able to slow down KAT. I’m looking for a big game from the big man.
ALSO CONSIDER: Damian Lillard, Fred VanVleet, Goran Dragic, Jeff Teague Austin Rivers, James Harden, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jabari Parker, LaMarcus Aldridge, Robert Covington, Kenrich Williams, De’Andre Hunter, Ben McLemore, Bam Adebayo, Derrick Favors, Alex Len, Devonte’ Graham, T.J. McConnell
